Thanks for these - there is also a veritable library o' banter and many photos by Our Keith right here, on that same topic, from about 2 years ago. Boric acid, citric, oxalic, as anodizing mediums / electrolytes produce different patterns of oxide, and thus light of different hues. I have yet to take some looksie at some of those old electrodes to see if there are oddball product elements seen.
