Nice to see you're still moving along despite the inclement weather.
It might take some time to digest that page... I don't
understand the thrust of the work you're doing now. Are you
claiming there is something special about capacitive coupling
of RF?
So now that the "craze" has passed, do you have any suggestions for
a source of cheap, superbright sensitive LEDs? I'd love to have
a box of these for building up some prototype devices as I have
described some time back on this list. What's the deal with these
guys now?

Some one may find a bit of interest in how easy it is to charge a
capacitor (1-3 Farads and above) from a low level parasitic excitation
provided by a SEC Exciter.
The web page is www.drstiffler.com/e_seg01.asp and is short on numbers,
but they are coming. Seems Hurricane Ike did us a bit of damage and we
are now trying to get the lab setup again.
Also I posted a video of a lab log on YouTube, might be of interest,
again short of detail as it was not meant for the public, but
interesting to see the configuration.
