[NewCandle] Improvement in ultracapacitor electrode material

Hi All,

There's been some improvement in the storage capacity of carbon
based supercaps.

The graphene structure has the potential to double capacity of
active carbon. That's a nice improvement, but no mention is
made of the more serious problem with these caps, ESR due
to conductive losses in the fine structured carbon. But
for those looking at high surface area catalysis, this
could be useful.
