Hi Dr Stiffler,

I have just stumbled across your website - maybe it was down before?

Anyway you have certainly provided very nice documentation on your
experimental work and checking out your ESEG page at
http://67.76.235.52/e_seg01.asp
near the bottom of this page it seems that you have apparently obtained
electrical overunity by a factor of approximately 6!!!

I'm sure you appreciate just what a remarkable achievement this is if it
holds up to scrutiny!

The thing about electrical overunity is that it should be extremely easy
to close the energetic loop (unlike excess heat etc).

So how about having two capacitors connected with a multi-pole
changeover relay and a flip-flop circuit to power the whole system from
one capacitor while the other is charging and vice-versa!? You do not
have to run the capacitors down much - just run for a second or two so
that the supply voltage stays almost constant and doesn't require much
regulation.

Congratulations!

John
