Hmmm... worth noting that *luminescence* has bee documented in similar circumstances:

At least four different tartrates are luminescenct including the common 'cream of tartar' used in cooking (monopotassium tartrate) 

I have an evolving hypothesis for a direct linkage betweenluminescence and gradual LENR effects.
