[NewCandle] Resonance effects on RF electrolysis

I think that the effect could be dependent to some
degree on circuit resonance, and/or a combination of
resonance effects ...
BUT this does not lessen its importance - pending a
measurement of the gas evolved, and its identity.
Obviously if a big portion of the gas evolved is water
vapor, that makes it far less interesting.
But if it were to be all hydrogen, and in excess of
the quarter amp current in Faraday eff -- then, the
extent of circuit resonance is NOT that important, and
in another circuit it simply becomes an engineering
challenge to reproduce, and not a deficiency.
