There is one older patent for a "very high" efficiency
halide lamp which mentions both sodium chloride
(molten) and 13.56 MHz irradiation - but says nothing
about resonance

Abstract
An electrodeless arc lamp ... contains chlorides,
bromides or a mixture thereof of scandium and sodium
in a nearly equimolar relationship ....
