Maybe its just me - it is true that I am going slowly
blind, but the conclusion is more opinion than fact
even with food eyes. Am I the only one of this
opinion?

> If there is measurably less gas, and this is a
chloride solution with carbon rods, perhaps Cl is
being generated at the anode which would tend to
dissolve
into solution rather than being liberated.

Yes. It is certainly likely to be a complex situation,
and not one or even a few different things going on.

Carbon tetrachloride or chlorinated phenols is another
possibility for lower gas than expected due to
carbonaceous liquid. NaOH can keep oxygen in solution,
etc, etc.

> So k4zep is doing videos now? That's cool.

Lots of interest in this from clever folks with lots
of experience.

It is particularly interesting to me as a both social
and scientific grassroots 'phenomenon' because it is
relatively safe, cheap to perform, with many options
unexplored, and potentially commercializable for
automotive fuel boosting.

Kinda like the "internet" itself being the unexpected
resource in fulfilling the prophecy of "necessity is
the mother of invention."

Sooner or later, and it may have happened already,
someone who does not even realize it - will stumble on
a bigger breakthrough, in the evolution of this line
of work - probably involving the accumulation of
"tight Bohr orbital" protium over time (i.e. a
transitory hydrino).

The downside of it all - is that scammers have hit the
scene big time. There is so much gorilla marketing
going on that the scammers have put up videos
purported to expose some of the scams when in fact
they are promoting their own version of the scam as
being the solution. SICK ! This emblematic of why
free-enterprise ALWAYS needs regulation - but don't
let me get started on another rant!
