In general, there is probably more disinformation there than good advice.

... the whole thing is so fluid that it may take a while for one circuit
to emerge as being noticeably better. That is, unless someone can close
then loop.

But the flip side of the coin is that they are producing more work (in
the form of photon emission) with less input.

Do you think there would be a further advantage, instead of using pairs
of LEDs in the mini-AV-plug, to use more than 2?
Another question is relevant. Most of us have all heard of the term
"cold electricity" (grimace) even though it is a very nebulous concept -
but has anyone ever heard of "cold photons" ?
