1/31/08 2008 version released. This version updates the
WIPO server support to handle new document types and changes
made to the WIPO search and document servers.

8/21/07 2007B version released to Pro and Demo users.
Nine new saved search features have been added. Seven
of those features are the Depatisnet beginner, expert,
IKOFAX, and family searches, and the WIPO simple, advanced
and structured searches. These searches are equivalent
to those provided by the Depatisnet and WIPO servers.
The USPTO expert search is an improved version of the
advanced search on the USPTO server. USPTO classplus is
a new search interface that combines a list of class/subclasses
and a set of fields and logical operators for constraining
the results. This search is particularly useful for those
doing USPTO class based searching as it can take an unlimited
number of subclasses.
The download engine has been improved to better handle
high load conditions at the servers. The download and
search engines have been updated to handle recent changes
to the WIPO server. Kind codes are better handled on the
Depatisnet server. A bug in the refine button has been
fixed.

1/2/07 2007A version released to Pro and Demo users.
The download engine has been extended to include support
for Depatisnet and WIPO document servers. Also, support
for the new Google patent search engine has been added.
Various improvements have been made to the user interface,
including the ability to view and edit queued download
tasks and wizards to help in manually building lists of
documents. A new stats bar keeps track of your usage on
the different servers. IP-Discover generated search results
have been improved with a "refine" button and
clearer controls for cross-server downloading of the results.

5/8/06 2006A version is released to Pro and Demo users.
The download engine has been rewritten to adjust for changes
made due to the recent USPTO move, and in anticipation
of the new feature release due out very shortly. Stay
tuned!

9/12/05 2005B version is released to Pro and Demo users.
This release adds four new searches and improves the existing
search interfaces. Support for user profiles allows the
software to be used in corporate environs where user rights
may be limited.

4/24/05 2005A version is released for Pro and Demo users.
This is a maintenance release based on changes made to
the Espacenet servers. In addition, some new features
such as desktop save are added, and some important fixes
for improved performance.

This release adds 4 new search dialogs, search buttons,
uniform search results with browse and download, and download
support for unindexed kind codes on Espacenet server.

This release adds Espacenet3 Release support, resizable
controls, an Address and Annotation Bar, and several new

at the Espacenet3 server. Email us if you are a Pro user
and have not received the upgrade.

9/17/03 IP-Discover 2003D released for Pro and Demo users.
The new release offers substantial new features, such
as complex query authoring and support for the new Esp@cenet3
server system. If you are a registered user, you've already
been sent email with instructions for download. Please
contact us at support@ipdiscover.com for information if
you haven't. For Demo users, the new software can be downloaded
from the download page on this website. In either case,
simply install the new version over the old one.
